Direct relationships mean first access to units that are released quietly rather than marketed, and a documentation trail that starts with the developer rather than with a chain of agents.

Legal counsel
Title verification is carried out by qualified counsel, not by a sales team with a checklist. This is the most expensive part of what we do before a residence earns a place in the portfolio, and it is not negotiable.

Relationships with Nigerian banks offering diaspora mortgage products, so buyers abroad have a route to financing that does not depend on liquidating assets at the wrong moment.

Certified agents
A network of agents in Lagos and Abuja who work to our verification standard. Certification is not a badge we hand out. It requires written seller authority on every instruction and it can be withdrawn.

Vetted managers for owners who are not resident, covering maintenance, tenancy and periodic condition reporting with photographs.
