Someone in the room, on your behalf
For buyers who are not in Nigeria and have no intention of taking three weeks off work to be. We do the standing around so you do not have to.
The distance problem
Ask any Nigerian abroad about buying property back home and you will hear the same three fears, usually in the same order: is this property real, is the title clean, and will my money survive the gap between the transfer and the keys.
Those fears are reasonable. The market has earned them. The concierge exists because reassurance is not an answer, and a process is.
-
A live viewing, with you on the call
Not a recorded tour. A member of our team walks the property while you watch, and goes where you tell them to go, including into the cupboards and the plant room.
-
Documentation, explained
We set out what each instrument is, what it proves and what it does not, in plain language, before you are asked to sign anything.
-
Liaison on the ground
Registry visits, developer meetings and estate management introductions handled locally, in your name, with a written record of each step.
-
Protected transfer plan
Transaction protection will be agreed before funds move. An automated escrow integration will not be claimed until the provider and legal workflow are live.
-
After the keys
Property management for owners who will not be resident: maintenance, tenancy if you want it, and periodic condition reporting with photographs.
